Prior to joining CEO Global Network, Jane was a Senior Account Manager with MNP for the past five years. Jane’s other previous positions include Client Services Manager at MCS, and Product Project Manager at Baxter International Inc.
Ron’s corporate career has spanned three blue-chip companies: Unilever [A & W], General Mills [Red Lobster] and Petro-Canada [Retail].
During his 11 years with A&W, Ron held senior franchising and marketing roles, and was a member of the five-person team of executives that developed the “turnaround” strategy to enable the phase out of an aging drive-in business, and the birth and subsequent growth of the food court, store front and free-standing restaurant business that exists today.
In the next six years of his career as Executive Vice President of Red Lobster Canada for General Mills, Ron was responsible for 70 corporate restaurants and over 4000 employees, and helped lead Red Lobster to unprecedented levels of profitability.
In early 90s, Ron became a key member of the senior team at Petro-Canada. Over his 17-year tenure, he was initially responsible for retail operations in Western Canada with full P&L responsibility for over 700 retail locations representing approximately $1.75B of business. Subsequently, as head of marketing, Ron reinvigorated the organization’s marketing function through the introduction/implementation of numerous successful innovations including ‘WinterGas’ and ‘Canada’s Gas Station’, and the co-creation of ‘Petro-Points’ – market breakthroughs that continue to endure as relevant points of difference for the company.
In addition to his role of Chief Strategy Officer and Managing Director – Senior Executive Leadership Program, Ron leads a CEO Global Network CEO Group, Senior Executive Group and two Global Leadership Training Program Classes.
Rob is a results-driven leader with over 20 years’ experience planning and implementing global business and technology solutions in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors.
An award-winning CIO, Rob is responsible for managing our innovation process to explore opportunities and develop strategies and technologies that fuel our ability to better serve our Members. An active community builder, Rob also provides valuable leadership and guidance as we continue to identify and implement initiatives that allow us to build a stronger, more diverse and inclusive CEO Global Network.
Rob served as Chief Information Officer for the City of Toronto for six years before departing in 2019. During his tenure, Rob provided leadership for the delivery of integrated information and communication technology solutions that enabled and drove service excellence. Rob provided executive leadership for the City’s inaugural Civic Innovation Office and Smart City Program both established to drive bold innovation and transformation to address real civic problems and opportunities.
Prior to joining the City of Toronto, Rob spent four years as CIO for the City of Brampton. His department won many global, national and provincial industry awards under his leadership, and Rob became the first Canadian municipal CIO to be named to the prestigious global CIO 100 Honoree list.
Rob has also held various leadership positions within the private sector in operations, customer service, marketing, e-business and information technology, and serves on the Ted Rogers School of Information Technology Management’s Advisory Council and various other Board Advisory roles in the profit and not-for-profit sectors.

Britt has almost 30 years’ experience as a bookkeeper, accountant and financial controller. A member of the CEO Global Network team since 2012, Britt is responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, bank statements, general ledger, and financial statements.

Jen studied communications and economics at McMaster University and has been a member of the CEO Global Network corporate team since day one. Jen oversees both the company’s social media and traditional marketing efforts, and is the driving force behind all CEO Global Network events.

He has his Bachelor’s Degree, Economics from Western University where he was on the Varsity Swim Team. He also has his MBA, Strategy and Operations from McMaster University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant, CPA Canada, and a Certified Management Accountant, Chartered Professional Accountant, CMA Alberta.
He has been a Director and Treasurer, Chair of the Finance Committee, Member of the ED Search Committee and Chair of the Governance Committee for the Pembina Institute which is a non-profit think-tank that advocates for strong, effective policies to support Canada’s clean energy transition.
Ron has held several key leadership positions over his 30-year career in the foodservice, hospitality and retail sectors and is an authority on growing recognized brands and shaping winning cultures to produce results.
Ron has led such well-known brands as Wendy’s Restaurants of Canada, Harvey’s Division of Cara Operations, Williams Coffee Pubs Ltd., and most recently served as the Executive Director of the Canadian Tire Dealers’ Association.
As COO of Cara’s $260M Harvey’s Division, Ron oversaw 330 locations and initiated a comprehensive overhaul of operating standards. As COO of Williams Coffee Pubs, Ron had full P&L and operational responsibility and increased store sales by 14% over a two-year period. During Ron’s tenure as Senior VP of Wendy’s Restaurants of Canada, he was responsible for 370 locations generating $700M in sales and led the operations to their most profitable year ever in 2010. And as Executive Director of Canadian Tire Dealers’ Association, Ron provided support, advice and guidance to 490 Canadian Tire dealers and established the organization’s first strategic planning committee.

Linda is a highly regarded business development professional with over 20 years’ experience helping companies achieve and exceed their sales goals. Ian brings a solid background of business experience to CEO Global Network, having held senior positions with Toronto Hydro Telecom, Cogeco Data Services, and Atria Networks. As President and COO of Atria Networks, Ian provided exceptional leadership and technical strategy to the telecommunications provider, and was part of the senior management team that sold the company to Rogers Communications in 2011 for $425 million.
Ian has a diploma in Business Administration from Wilfred Laurier University and a Bachelor of Engineering, Electrical from McMaster University.
Susan is an accomplished communications professional with over 20 years experience as a project manager, editor, writer, and brand strategist. Susan has an Honours Degree in Management Economics from the University of Guelph and is a Founding Director of the Canadian Arts & Fashion Awards.
Bob was previously Managing Director of Miller Dallas, Canada’s leading Executive Career Transition company, as well as Managing Director of First Human Capital Management. As the Country Manager for Right Management Consultants, Bob directed all Canadian operations in both Career Transition and Organizational Consulting.
Petra has over 30 years of administrative experience within the energy, marketing, and business services sectors. Petra organizes events and assists CEO Global Network Group Leaders with monthly Group meetings, maintains membership records, and is the key go-to person for all administrative issues.
