Mike Ross
Group Leader & Mentor
An accomplished senior executive, Mike spent 24 years of his career with Molson Coors Canada. As President of Creemore Springs and Granville Island Brewing Companies, Mike had full P&L responsibility for both organizations and led a team of over 200. Previous positions with Molson Coors include Chief Market Development Officer—a position in which he directly managed 360 employees and had P&L accountability for $1.6 billion in net sales revenue—and Area Vice President, Market Development for Western Canada, during which time he successfully increased both profit and market share in Western Canada.
Mike also served as Chief Business Officer for Hockey Canada for eight years. A member of the executive and senior leadership teams, Mike was directly responsible for business development, corporate partnerships, licensing, broadcast and the Hockey Canada Foundation.
In addition to being a Group Leader and Mentor with CEO Global Network, Mike is also the President of Rosswest Consulting Inc. Since 2020, Rosswest Consulting has provided business development, partnerships, marketing and strategic planning support to organizations across Western Canada.
