Every member of CEO Global Network commits to offering their insights and advice to anyone facing a transition or struggling with problems in their personal and professional lives. Programs like Next STEP are purposefully designed to help members reassess their intended paths and the crossroads that have appeared.
Transitional challenges can be complex and personal, which is why Next STEP provides a welcoming and confidential setting for a small group of peers to share their perspectives and ideas. Mentor Hugh Coppen, who has many years of experience helping CEOs in transition, leads the groups.

Networking is an essential part of the benefits offered with membership at CEO Global Network. Find a group of peers representing some of the most successful companies in Canada and tap into a knowledge base of insights and opportunities. Our network is composed of CEOs and business leaders who share similar core values and are committed to helping you improve success in your professional and personal life.

All of our programs and leadership training classes are conducted remotely; however, a rotating number of events, keynotes, and workshops are held throughout the year that provide ample time to network with peers in person.

Programs vary in length:

Senior Executive Peer Groups and CEO Peer Groups feature monthly, confidential, half-day sessions led by an experienced Group Leader. Up to 16 non-competing CEOs or Senior Executives make up a peer group. Each month, members receive a one-to-one, two-hour session with their Group Leader to evaluate their success and any issues vital to continued growth.

GLTP features 10 four-hour group sessions of collaborative leadership training spaced over 10 months. Each month, participants receive a 30-minute, one-to-one session with their Class Trainer to answer any questions, follow up on action items, and ensure learning of the major principles of each topic.

Next STEP Groups meet virtually for 90 minutes once a week for six consecutive weeks. In addition to the six Group meetings, each participant will receive a two-hour, one-on-one transition coaching session with Hugh.
