Brad brings over four decades of experience in the real estate, information technology, and telecom sectors and has a demonstrated track record of creating bottom-line growth and winning outcomes. His leadership philosophy centers on engagement, empowered teams, continuous improvement, and client focus.

Brad's impressive leadership journey spans several notable positions in diverse industries. As Managing Director of Cushman & Wakefield's Data Center Advisory Group, Brad managed over $1 billion in global sales and lease transactions for multi-national clients. As President and CEO of Sotheby's International Realty Canada and Dundee 360 Real Estate Development Corporation, Brad managed 600 employees across 32 offices and oversaw operations generating $100M in revenue.

Brad's experience also includes a tenure as Senior Regional Managing Director at CBRE, where he was responsible for $150M in revenue and led a team of 1,200 employees across Canada and the North Central United States.

In the technology sector, Brad held the position of President and COO at Gibraltar Solutions, an IT solution provider specializing in virtualization, remote access, and cloud computing. Brad also served as Group Vice President & General Manager at TELUS Communications, a role in which he led three groups with a combined revenue of $800M and a workforce of 6,000 employees.

Brad is committed to excellence in corporate governance and earned his ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors. Currently, Brad serves as Chair of the Board of Directors for the Marco Island Marina Association, and he previously held board positions with TELUS International in Singapore, CSDC Systems Inc., and Ambergris Solutions Inc. His community involvement includes past board positions in various non-profit organizations including CivicAction Toronto, Toronto Regional Board of Trade and Junior Achievement.
